Let Reminders and Alerts Reach You and Your Contacts
6Channel6 has created 6Alert6,
a reminder and alert connector for Microsoft® Outlook® 2003 and 2007.
It has completely freed the restriction of Outlook's built-in reminder,
which only pops up a window on a computer screen and
forces you to be in front of the computer to see it.
6Alert6 extends the reach of Outlook's appointments, tasks, and Inbox
alerts to you and your contacts'
phone, text message, instant message, Email and Fax.
In addition, you can manually import your existing
appointments into 6Channel6.com without re-entering them.
You can also create phone, text message, instant message, Email and Fax reminders
directly from Outlook, and have them saved into 6Channel6.com automatically.
Features:
- Appointment & Meeting Alert
When appointments, meetings or scheduled events are up, alert you and your contacts by phone, text message,
instant message, Email, and Fax.
The alert can be set to fire only when you are away from computer for a while.
When you are using the computer, there will only be popup windows -
no phone or text
alerts.
The alert can also be set to fire during certain period of time, such as mid-night.
Phone and text alerts will only reach you when you need them. They will not become a disruption.
- Task Alert
When a task is due, alert you and your team members by phone, text message, instant message, Email, and Fax.
- Inbox Alert
When an Email is sent from important contacts,
or the Email subject contains interesting phrases, has alert sent to you by phone or text message.
The Email subject will be read over the phone or be in the text.
Whether or not to include the Email body is completely up to you.
- Manual Synchronization
You can import Outlook's appointments and reminders into 6Channel6.com, anytime you want.
- Auto Syncing
Whenever you create an appointment or reminder in Outlook,
a copy will be saved into 6Channel6.com automatically,
without the need of manual sync.
When the reminder time is up, 6Channel6.com will simultaneously
send out reminders
to you and your contacts.
