1. Free
- No Charge
- Limited to 20 Email, text message, or instant message reminders per month.
- Limited to 11 devices and only basic mode for setting up devices.
- Limited to 100 contacts.
- Limited to one year in advance for long term contract/event tracking.
- No phone, text message plus, and Fax reminders.
- Unable to set up reminders by phone, from Outlook, and through file upload.
- Unable to send message to other people.
- Reminders are sent at lower priority.
- A mandatory 6Channel6 footnote will be included in every reminder.

All devices must be verified before they can be used.
(to prevent spam and harassment from happening again)
Go to Devices menu->Verify & Protect Devices for Device Verification.
- It is OK to create another account with the same Email address.
However, the same devices cannot be used on more than one account.
- Reminders that exceeded the cap will be deleted.

We do not ask for your credit card or any other billing information during the signup process.
Therefore we have no way to charge you.
- We have never placed Google ad or 3rd party ad on our web site and products,
sent them out to our customers, or inserted them into reminders and alerts.
- There is no ad ware, spam ware, and virus embedded in our software.
2. Home Basic
- $6/month or $60/year. Charged bi-monthly or annually. One month advance charge.
- Limited to 60 phone, text message+, or Fax reminders per month.
An additional 5 cents/reminder will be charged for extra reminders.
- Limited to 500 Email, text message, or instant message reminders per month.
An additional 0.5 cent/reminder will be charged for extra reminders.
- Limited to 300 contacts.
- Able to track long term contracts/events for up to five years ahead.
- No mandatory footnote

3. Business Basic
- Includes the benefits of Home Basic.
- $12/month or $120/year. Charged monthly or annually.
- Limited to 120 phone, text message+, or Fax reminders per month.
An additional 5 cents/reminder for extra reminders. Volume discounts apply.
- Limited to 1,500 Email, text message, or instant message reminders per month.
An additional 0.5 cent/reminder for extra reminders.
- Limited to 1,000 contacts.
- Able to set up reminders from Outlook.
- Able to remind other people.
- Able to append your own footnote to all reminders.
- Able to customize the format of phone reminders.
- Able to insert a music file or recorded voice message at the beginning or end of all phone reminders.
- Able to ask listeners to confirm a reminder.
- Able to play a different voice message for each contact.
- Listeners can replay the event/appointment time.
- Able to choose the best time to call again if phone reminders fail.
- Able to receive email notifications when phone reminders are confirmed or when they fail.
4. Business Premium
- Includes the benefits of Business Basic.
- $18/month or $180/year. Charged monthly or annually.
- Limited to 200 phone, text message+, or Fax reminders per month.

- Limited to 3,000 Email, text message, or instant message reminders per month.

Your clients receive text message remidners and reply a text message.
You'll be able to get the reply in your phone, text, and Email.
- Able to send group alerts.

- Limited to 20 phone, text+, fax reminders, 20 group alerts, 20 Outlook alerts, and 20 API alerts.
- Must provide a verifiable phone number.
- When trial periods are over, for free service,
events or reminders created during the trial will be removed
if they are beyond the limit of the free service,
and settings will be reverted back to the free service.

- There will be an extra $50 advance charge when you send
out more than 500 phone/text+/fax reminders.
- To cancel or resume service, contact customer service by Email or phone.
