Alert can be sent to email, text message, phone, instant message and fax. Text-to-speech is used in phone alert.

Alert can be sent one device at a time or multiple devices at one shot. However alert can be only sent to one person at a time.

Alert is either delivered immediately or queued, depending on delivery channel.

There is no retry if an alert cannot be delivered. We may add re-delivery if there is a need. We redeliver a reminder 3 times when it fails.

Alert is text only:

• No attachment in email alert
• No voice recording in phone alert (use TTS)
• No image in fax alert

Three major messengers are supported:
