When you are away from your computer, you'll be notified by phone and/or text message as soon as an Email reaches your Outlook inbox. The Email subject will be read out over the phone or included in the text. The Email body is optional. You can select not to send the body message, and thus keep your business secret.

You can selectively watch certain people, companies, and monitor certain Email threads. 6Alert6 will ignore other Emails and only notify you when the Email sender is on the watch list, or when the Email subject contains key phrases.

1. She is making dinner for her family.
2. A potential customer sends her an Email requesting a quote.
3. As soon as the Email reaches Mary's Inbox, 6Channel6 calls her business phone that she previously set up with 6Alert6.
4. Mary hears the phone ring and answers the phone. A voice on the phone tells her there is a quote request.
5. Mary stops cooking, goes to her computer and finds the Email right there.
6. She gives the quote and resumes cooking.

1. He is watching a movie with his family in his home theater. Before the movie starts, he turns on Inbox Alert from 6Alert6, selects home phone, and decides to only take Email requests from his customers.
2. A customer sends in an Email asking for help.
3. As soon as the Email reaches Bill's Outlook Inbox, 6Aert6 intercepts the mail, finds that the sender is in the watch list Bill created, and calls Bill's home phone.
4. Bill picks up the phone and hears that there is a customer needing help.
5. He pauses the movie, goes to his home office, and opens his laptop. The Email is right there waiting for him.
6. Bill responds to it right away and resumes the movie.
7. The customer does not have to wait until Bill finishes the movie. The customer is very impressed by the speed of the response.
