• The Basic Service has a limit of  20 Phone and/or Fax reminders per month.
• You can set up a reminder by phone and receive that reminder on the same phone, but you can't send it to other phones.
• You can upload an attachment to a reminder, but you can't set a voice recording or sound file to play in a phone reminder.
• Your reminders include a mandatory footnote.
• You don't have the ability to customize the format of your reminders and calendar.
