Setting Up Reminders by Email
Send an email to
reminder@6Channel6.com from one of the email
accounts you have registered with 6channel6. Based on the content of the email,
a reminder will automatically be created for you.

The email subject can't be blank.
The subject of the email will become the subject of the reminder.

A Remind time (when) is mandatory.
In the body of the email type "when:" followed by the date and time.

A Description is optional and limited to one line.
To add a description, start on a new line. Type "description:"
followed by the actual description.
- Your Default devices will be used (how).
The email will be processed within a few minutes after it is received. You should
receive an email confirmation that the reminder has been created.
Also, if there is anything wrong, you should receive an email indicating what is wrong.

The email address you use must be either:

Possible problems:
- If the sending email address does not match any registered in your account, an error will be sent back.
- If the sending email address matches someone else's email address,
the reminder will be set up for that person, and not for you.
- If the sending email address appears to belong to more than one person, then
you need to specify which person receives the reminder.
To do this, start on a new line and type "member id:"
followed by the 6Channel6 ID of the person for whom the reminder is intended.
- If the sending email address is reminder@6channel6.com, the email will be ignored.
